Advisers:
Stuart Smith : Since joining Pulse in 1984 as a Trainee Adviser, Stuart has undertaken a variety of roles, before becoming Managing Director of our parent company in 2004. Often recognised by GPs thanks to his regular features (with accompanying photo!) in Pulse, Stuart still finds time to look after his own clients, as well as deal with many of the enquiries we receive in the office.
Geoff Moore : Joined Pulse in June 2003 having previously been an IFA with DBS Financial Management Plc. An experienced adviser with considerable knowledge and understanding of the NHS Pension Scheme, he can not only help you with all your Retirement Planning, Wealth Management and Protection needs, but is also happy to provide you with specialist advice in respect of your Mortgage Planning and Regulated Equity Release needs.
Nigel Shouksmith : Joined Pulse in 2003 having previuosly been an IFA with a major institution. He has a great deal of experience in personal financial planning, and a considerable knowledge of the NHS Pension Scheme. Nigel can help with all your Retirement Planning, Protection requirements and Wealth Management.
Nicole Kerridge : Joined Pulse in 1987 and now has a variety of roles within the office. She is our Office Manager, first point of contact for the office IT problems and our web administrator, as well as being one of our Advisers. In her capacity as an Adviser she is mainly Protection orientated and runs our Specialised Protection Schemes. She provides a fast, efficient and friendly service for our clients and is happy to deal with any of their queries or requests.
Client Services:
Marion Hall : Has been with Pulse since October 1989. She deals with all aspects
of New Business processing from receipt of Applications, compliance with Anti-
Sue Moore : Joined Pulse in October 1989, working in our back office and has progressed to be the senior member of our Policy Servicing Department. In this role she handles all aspects of servicing existing Policies, be this ensuring the smooth payment of maturity or death claim benefits, to assisting the progress of sickness claims and helping to solve any queries raised by clients. She also provides support to our Advisers.
Sarah Ritchie : Joined Pulse in March 2007 having worked previously in Car Fleet Management. She works within the Policy Servicing Department, handling a variety of roles within this field, and provides a friendly and efficient service for our clients. She also supports our Advisers and specifically prepares time consuming Policy Valuations for them.
